To improve the work culture in prasar bharti especially in all india radio set up transfer policy has to be streamlined.The fact that i have been transfered from AIR POONCH in feb 2013 after completing the tenure  of one year in nov.2012 at this most difficult station and is yet to be relieved because no substitue /alternate posting has been made by the concerned.This may be due to the kind and favour to those who are close to the concerned north office authorities.How this will work.Those who have been assigned with transfers need to be partial and corruption free if they really are wellwishers of prasarbharti
